Terms and Conditions
The general terms and conditions described here apply to every product offered in the Shoerecrafting.be Webshop and all deliveries. Every order implies acceptance of the sales conditions.

Only Belgian law applies to the general conditions of the Shoerecrafting.be webshop.

Business days are defined as all calendar days excluding Sundays and legal holidays.
Purchase and Payment
The agreement between the webshop Shoerecrafting.be and you as the buyer is established at the moment you have accepted and fulfilled the conditions set by Shoerecrafting.be. The absence of a physical signature does not affect the binding nature of the offer and its acceptance.
The Shoerecrafting.be Webshop reserves the right to refuse an order or impose additional conditions, such as in the case of large orders, orders by minors, incomplete order procedures, or issues with previous orders.
The Shoerecrafting.be Webshop always confirms the purchase by email. Until a confirmation email is sent, the agreement is not in effect.
Payments for products purchased in the Shoerecrafting.be Webshop are made exclusively through the provided payment methods. The seller remains the owner of all goods until full payment has been made.

In case of late payment, Shoerecrafting.be reserves the right to cancel the agreement immediately or suspend further deliveries until payment obligations have been fully met.

Delivery and Delivery Times
The delivery times provided by the Shoerecrafting.be Webshop are approximate and not strict deadlines. The maximum delivery period is 30 days after receiving the order.
If a product that is temporarily out of stock is ordered, it will be indicated when the product will be available again.
Once the ordered products have been delivered to the specified delivery address, the risk concerning these products transfers to the buyer.

Cooling-off Period and Returns
1. For all products purchased from Shoerecrafting.be, you have a 14-calendar-day cooling-off period, according to the Belgian law on trade practices and consumer protection of April 12, 2010.
2. This period begins upon receipt of the product. During the cooling-off period, the product and packaging must be handled with care. There is no right of withdrawal if the product or packaging is not in its original, complete, undamaged, and unused condition.
3. If you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us within the 14-day period following the delivery. No penalty is required for cancellation, and no reason needs to be provided.
4. The goods must be returned undamaged, unused, and unopened (in their original condition and packaging) within 14 calendar days. The date of postage will serve as proof. All accompanying documentation, warranty certificates, and packaging materials must be included with the return, along with your bank account number. The direct costs for returning the goods are borne by the buyer. Unpaid or underpaid shipments will be refused and returned to the sender.
5. Shoerecrafting.be will refund the full purchase price, including shipping costs, within 30 days after receiving the returned goods.
6. If the goods do not meet the conditions of the right of withdrawal, the purchase price and shipping costs will not be refunded, or not fully refunded. The product remains your property in such cases, and it can be returned to you upon request, provided the associated shipping costs are paid.
7. Exceptions to the withdrawal provisions include:
- Products made or customized specifically for you do not fall under the withdrawal right.
- This exception also applies to perishable goods, CDs, DVDs, software, or similar items if the seal is broken or the packaging has been opened.
- If a product is visibly worn or otherwise damaged, your right to a refund is voided.

Warranty Provisions
Shoerecrafting.be follows the official warranty guidelines of its suppliers. These guidelines vary by brand and are always stated when purchasing your item.
Defects
1. You are required to inspect the goods upon receipt and determine whether the delivered goods meet the agreement:
- Were the correct goods delivered?
- Do the delivered goods meet the agreed quality standards or, in the absence of such, the expectations for normal use?
2. Any visible defect or shortcoming must be reported to Shoerecrafting.be within 7 business days after delivery.
3. A hidden defect must be reported within 2 business days of discovery, but no later than 2 months after delivery, via email to Shoerecrafting.be.
4. The costs of returning goods that do not meet the product description are borne by Shoerecrafting.be.
Force Majeure
1. Force majeure includes all causes beyond Shoerecrafting.be's control, foreseeable or unforeseeable, which prevent Shoerecrafting.be from fulfilling its obligations.
2. Shoerecrafting.be may invoke force majeure if the circumstance preventing (further) performance occurs after Shoerecrafting.be should have fulfilled its obligation.
3. During force majeure, Shoerecrafting.be's delivery and other obligations are suspended. If the force majeure lasts more than 8 weeks, either party may dissolve the agreement without obligation to compensate damages.
Prices
1. You will be informed of the prices of the goods before checkout. All prices are in Euros and include VAT, Recupel, BEBAT, and Reprobel. Shipping costs are stated separately.
2. If Shoerecrafting.be agrees on a price with you, it still reserves the right to increase the price under certain circumstances.
3. Offers are valid while stocks last.
4. If a price increase occurs after the agreement, you have the right to cancel the agreement regardless of the percentage increase.
5. A quotation in your name is valid for 2 weeks unless another term is stated in the quotation.
Intellectual Property Rights
The content of this site, including trademarks, logos, designs, data, product names, company names, texts, and images, is protected by intellectual property rights and belongs to Shoerecrafting.be or entitled third parties.
Questions and Complaints
Complaints or disputes must be reported within 7 days of delivery. If the complaint is justified, our liability is limited to replacing the goods. The seller’s liability is limited to the actual amount paid for the order.
Shoerecrafting.be will address questions and complaints within a reasonable time frame of 7 calendar days.
Disputes
All offers and agreements are exclusively subject to Belgian law, excluding principles of conflict of laws.
Any disputes related to offers or agreements with Shoerecrafting.be will be submitted to the competent court unless a mandatory legal provision specifies a different court.
